RETURNS

  • Zone Controls & Electronics - 60 day money back guarantee - simply ship the product back to us at your cost and we will refund your money for any reason.

  • Dampers - if you ordered the wrong size or simply don't want the damper, returns will be accepted up to 90 days after purchase (customer pays return shipping) AND are subject to a 10% RE-stocking fee.

  • Warranty - All Ecojay products carry a 5 year manufacturing defect warranty direct from Ecojay (manufacturer) on all products. If the board fails due to manufacturing defect it will be replaced at no charge for up to 5 years.

  • DOA - If the product received is not working when it is received, please call us or email us for instructions on getting a replacement. The cost of replacing a defective part will be covered by ZoningSupply.

  • Wrong Part - If you received a different part than shown on your order, please contact us and we will make the correction at our cost.
